Primavera has come to be the name for a particularly tomato-based sauce but not many know that its meaning in many romance languages is the season “Spring” which plays such a heavy role in this sauces profile. Topped with melting Asiago and filled with a medley of asparagus, carrots and zucchini this plate lives up to that intercultural translation. Filled with the ground turkey that gives the Ground Turkey Primavera its panache its partnered lastly with a traditional Genoan pesto sauce which will give you that cultural tour you crave.
