Grandmothers classic meatloaf with a new age take! Turkey and goat cheese make a strong combo in this traditional twist. With the aid of a few friends, quinoa and sun dried tomatoes, and spiced with basil, oregano and spinach this warm and comforting lunch will have you smiling all the way to lunch break.
