Our Chorizo Bean Breakfast Hash is lashed together from whole eggs and potato with onion and chorizo seasoning. Arugula makes a surprise appearance as a not so subtle flavour booster with bell pepper playing along as a colour enhancer. These Frankensteinian pieces fit together to make one hell of a good morning bolt of energy to kickstart your day, and indeed, your life.
